Request for clarification on bill overcharge


I have overcharges from the last month and the month before, but I do not understand what it is.

Can someone help me out?

@Jiyeong You change plans around the middle of your bill cycle so there is proration for the plans. This is not an extra charge though. You will find more details here:

@Jiyeong Yes. that’s why you see the proration amount to be the same for both.  Again, .you are not paying more just because you changed plans
