i have recently had my phone disconnected for non payment. I need it for many doctor appointments as they are all done over the phone. How do i go about getting through to koodo so they can reinstate my phone? I have made a payment towards my outstanding bill, so they know i am at least trying to rectify the problem.

Did you pay the reconnection feed? You could dial #227 and speak with a rep from billing department.
