Refer by a friend

I was referred by a friend to join Koodo. I complied with the request, put in the email and it was apparent that everything was ok.

However I am already in the second month of charging and I did not enjoy any discount from the $50 refer. 

I appreciate information.

The referral credit is $5 for 5 months, not $50 (total of $25) https://choosehappy.koodomobile.com/refer/bc/

Regarding the credit, can you check the page 3 of the PDF bill. If you received it, it should be there. By the way, is your friend still a Koodo customer?

Oh, I mistakenly thought you were a postpaid customer. You could go to the account balance and see if there was  a credit there. And, you could contact the referral team for more information.

Did you fill out the correct form? There is one for prepaid and one for postpaid. This is the one for prepaid customers. https://www.koodomobile.com/refer-prepaid

Furthermore, is your friend a postpaid customer? If that is the case, it is unlikely you will qualify for the referral credit, as you need to refer them to Koodo Prepaid as a prepaid customer.
