I was a koodo customer during my time in Canada as an international student. I canceled my payment and service before returning to my country, but now it says that I must pay $12.54. What is this?

Are you sure that you owe that amount to Koodo? Or does it mention -$12.54 (minus)? In that case, Koodo owes you that amount :)
