Potentially Billed in error for airtime

Hello Koodo, 

I am on an unlimited talk/text plan with 12g of data. I discovered on my most recent account that I am being charged for airtime minutes in the amount of $3.58? I can provide the document image but I am questioning why I am being charged extra

Did you recently change your plan perhaps? Anyway yes, please provide a screenshot of the charge. If something is wrong, we can flag a rep for you right here.
