Phone Plans


When I recently transfered to Koodo, the plan was $39.00 with 20GB. My first bill has a prorated charge for minutes. I did not expect this and would not have changed plans if I knew about this?

This is pretty standard. Are you saying that you got charged extra for minutes used? Or just a partial charge plus the first full month?

Just for 5 days. I wasnt expecting any extra charges except tax.

Your billing cycle is randomly assigned so on your first bill you pay a partial for the days between when you signed up and when your billing cycle was assigned + your next month in advance.

Oh, do you mean, that that charge includes the next month in advance?

@Kitty Cat You are on a unlimited minute plan. There was no pro-ration for minutes only for the whole plan as it shows below:
