Please don’t post your personal information in the forum.  
Are you a postpaid  or prepaid customer? How long have you been disconnected? Were all bills paid? 

I can't remember I got this phone 2 months ago I haven't paid my bill yet

Dial #227 from your phone. It'll connect you to billing for disconnections. You'll find out how much you owe if you can't see since you can't log in and about paying it. Did you actually register for self serve?
