Payment Plan Issue

I set up a payment plan to pay off my overdue instalments. I was given the option of 3 payment dates in October, one of which I have already paid - I am now getting notifications that today (September 17th) is my last day to make a payment before my service is disconnected. Not sure how to address this issue, any advice is appreciated!

Based on the payment arrangement details, the account should remain protected as long as the payments are posted before the dates mentioned in the email. If you use online banking to make the payment, make sure you send the payment a few days before, to allow enough time for the payments to be posted (payment through online banking may take 3 - 5  business days to be posted).

 

If you keep getting this type of notification, please call our Payment Support team by dialing #227 from your Koodo number, so they can look into the reason why you get the alerts.
