paid a bill using the bank account method, ive been debited but it still shoes that i havent paid the bill, cant call either because ive been disconnected, please what can i do ?

Hi @famzy, if you’ve paid via online banking it can take between 3-5 business days for the payment to be reflected on your Koodo account. When have you made the payment?

If you ever need the payment to be reflected immediately on your account you can pay from your Self Serve with a credit card. You can find out more about other payment methods you can use here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/how-pay-your-bill


You can report a payment by calling #227, which will connect you to the billing department while you’re disconnected. But I’m not sure if a payment can be reported here through a rep.
