Not receiving email for billing

I have verified that I am signed up for e-bill notifications. This just recently started. Have been koodo customer for years with no issues.

What is your billing cycle? 

Do you have notifications via text message also enabled? If not I would enable that as well for now as a stop gap measure 

Billing cycle is 25th to 24th.

Yeah you should gotten you June bill during the last week of June. 

Did you check your spam folder?
