My koodo bill I will has been charged 15 dollars extra. Who do i need to contact to get help for this?


I have been having this sim for about 9 months and for the first time I think they have charged me 15 dollars extra. Please let me know on how I can contact somebody for this be it email or via phone call….

Have you signed into said serve and looked at the pdf copy of your bill? What does it say the charges are for?

It says it's charge for easy roam. But I haven't called or used my data after adding easy roam to my mobile data plan. Even on the data use page it's says 0/10 gb used. I did not call nor send any messages.

If you look in the detailed pdf ebill, it should say the date and time when easy roam was triggered. It should look like a call to 99999
