Hello! I got the bill from Koodo.  How can I get the amount from you?

Did you cancel your account?  Or did you over pay the previous month?

I changed from Koodo to Fido. So it will pay back from Koodo. And I cancel my account from the website. Do I have to add my account again?

Any amount above $5 remaining on your account for unused days will automatically be refunded to you through your pre-authorized payment method. If you haven’t enabled pre-authorized payments, you’ll receive the refund by cheque. This can take 30-60 days.

Hi So  do I have to register account again ? and then get the amount through my account? Or just cheque through mail?

Your account should be active for 90 days since you ported out.

You can try to asign up for pre-authorized payment, but it may be too late.  Give it a try but expect a check in about 60 days after your final bill 

Yes I can not do it :( So can I get it through mail?
