Moving on from Koodo

I switched to Fido late Dec.  I got a Koodo bill for Jan, fine.  Got another for Feb.  How do talk to someone to refute?  I don’t see any online contact

Just to confirm, did you port your number out from Koodo to Fido or you signed up with Fido with a new number?
