Reviewing our monthly bill and noticed that three of our four lines are missing a monthly credit. The thre additional lines are missing a credit of $8.93 each, which has increased our monthly bill by $30.00. Can you explain why the credits are not there?
Did you recently change plans on those lines? Are the credits time limited? Like for 12or 15 or 24 months and now is the time that they ended? It's not that uncommon for people to forget for ones that arent permanent

15 months back from Feb this year was black friday period of 2021.
