Monthly bill credit

Hello,  When I first signed up, it said that I would get a monthly bill credit of $10 for 24 months, but I have not received it. Could someone take a look?  Thank you!

Did you port your number? Have you already received your second or third bill? If that is the case and they still have not reinstated the credits, I would suggest you to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. https://Koo.do/Chat

Hello @Xuan! We’ve checked your account and it seems that the monthly credits dropped from your line after the phone number was changed in August. One portion of the credit was already applied on the September bill (page 4), and I manually applied the rest of the credits ($10*23 months) on your new line. You’ll see the credits beginning with the next bill.
