I have two issues with my latest bill that i would like to get help with:
- I upgraded my plan on black friday to the 12GB $50 plan with monthly credit promo. I confirmed via callback last week that I would see a $10 credit monthly for 15 months. However, the credit is missing in my latest bill.
- I upgraded my phone with the above plan, but returned it before my billing date. But I still got charged for the $30 tab for the phone I did not have. I confirmed via self serve that my tab bonus was removed from my account on the same day.
I would like to get help with applying these corrections to my current bill.
