Missing monthly credit , Tab wrongly charged

Hi,

I have two issues with my latest bill that i would like to get help with:

  1. I upgraded my plan on black friday to the 12GB $50 plan with monthly credit promo. I confirmed via callback last week that I would see a $10 credit monthly for 15 months. However, the credit is missing in my latest bill.
  2. I upgraded my phone with the above plan, but returned it before my billing date. But I still got charged for the $30 tab for the phone I did not have. I confirmed via self serve that my tab bonus was removed from my account on the same day.

I would like to get help with applying these corrections to my current bill.

For the first problem, did you simply change your plan? The bonus bill credits were only if you activated a new account/line or upgraded your phone, not if you just changed your plan.

For the second, what day did you return it and what day is your billing date? Did you return it in store?
