missing $10 monthly credit

When I signed up with Koodo I was told I would have a $10 monthly credit for 14 months. I got it on my first bill but not my second. Where did it go

Did you make any changes? Port a number in? I’ll flag a rep regardless since it shows up and then disappeared. It’ll help though once a rep is available.

Did you happen to port over a number from a different provider?

That’s one of the most common cases of losing the credit as the credit is attached to the temporary phone number and then when you port the new number over the credit drops.

If this is the case I’ll flag a rep for you to help get the credit reapplied.:blush:

It looks like a different discount was applied that is not stackable with the $10 discount, this being the reason for which it dropped.

As Flo mentioned above it looks like you had another discount that isn't stackable with the $10 one and that's why it's no longer showing and that they sent you a pm with more information.
