Koodo team please kindly look at my account and correct the long distance charges nov 19th or there abouts. Once again at the plan change date it billed long distance. We've dealt with this many times over the years. Phone never left Canada or called anywhere but within Canada and old and new plan are unlimited Canada. Please correct the billing error. Thanks
