late payments due to Covid

I have been having trouble finding employment due to Covid and my phone bill is racked up now for two months I want to avoid it being turned off or find out if there’s a way I can delay the payment?

According to a post from a year ago, it appears Koodo is quite flexible in this matter. Here’s an excerpt from that post.

“Given the current COVID situation, our flexible payment options ensure that your service doesn’t get cut off for late or non payment. You can pay in portions until you get caught up, and have peace of mind that your service will stay running, but we do encourage you to pay what you can to ensure you don’t fall too behind. Once/if your account is past due, you should also receive an email with more information and options to pay”.
