Hello,

 

I was informed my payment from last month was late but my payments are made through automatic charges on my credit card. I don’t want to pay the late charge but more-so do not want this to affect my credit. Please remove charge/notice of late payment.

We have checked and we can see there was a failed payment attempt in September. We recommend checking with your bank the reason for which the payment was declined.
