Once again I have been charged for easy roam when I haven’t left the country. Sick of wasting 45mins on the phone each time this happens.
As it your first post here, I assumed you scheduled a call back to get it refund the last time? I will flag a rep here to check your account. In the future, as your phone is prone to accidental us roaming, I recommend you disable automatic carrier selection and manually select Koodo. That will help.
