Hi,I was wondering why Carrier Direct billing doesn’t work with Google Play Store but works just fine with Microsoft? Don’t tell me Koodo doesn’t support it either cause I used to use it with Play store all the time but now the option is no longer there. I know I have premium content enabled cause I pay for Xbox Game Pass with my Koodo account and I also use my account to pay for MS Office. What’s going on? I’ve tried everything that Google has suggested as well to no avail. Thanks,Jordan
I did a one time payment on my credit card and now Koodo thinks I authorized monthly credit card payment. But I did not! I looked everywhere on my account and profile and nothing indicates that any pre-authorization has been granted. I want my card removed from the system so I can pay my bills through my bank like I used to. How do I get my card removed from the system??? Nadia

I had few lines in Koodo and closed all of them in Jan. Now my Koodo bill got generated and I see a negative balance. How will Koodo pay that amount? I tried Koodo assist but there is no way to find an answer for this. Whom should I reach to get this amount from Koodo?
Hello Guys, My payment method is Pre-authorized, but it is returned to my bank account for some reason. So, I wanted to pay it manually through the self-service, but Koodo doesn't know this yet and showed me my bill is 0!What should I do? Because I don't want to charge for late payment. Many thanks
Point 1: My plan is 35 per month. They are also adding $3.5 for 3 days(25 Jan-27 Jan) which makes it $38.5. Point 2: I applied for new SIM on 19 Jan. My sim got delivered and activated on 25 Jan. Why I'm being charged from 19th? That is $7. $3.5 was correctly charged as mentioned in point 1. I feel 38$ plus taxes should be my final bill.
I’m on a Canada wide free long distance plan. I made a call to a 1-954 area code (Florida) and spoke for 10 minutes. My most recent bill shows an extra !!$8 charge!!!!What a surprise. But this is price gouging plain and simple. Robbery.When I go to the self serve option… I cannot even find the “normal” rate charge for a call to the USA.If I knew it was 80 cents a minute, I would not have used Koodo.I want to contest this...
Trying to setup auto payment via credit card, after card info input/verified, going into the last step (3) .. and here is what I got, on two different browser, multiple attempts: Firefox (left, first few attempts) and Chrome (right. last few attempts).Oct 4, 11:50PM Vancouver time.I must say, as a new customer, I am not terribly impressed with the stability of Koodo web site and its self-service function. I won’t even mentioned the amateurish coding that necessitates multiple page refreshes (I must have count 8 or 9) before it render Self-Service landing page… well I guess I just did.Ask your web developers to do better, please.signed, a Frustrated Customer.
