Quick question. I have finally received the SIM cards today (April 21) however my bill has charges from April 12th on. Can we adjust? Also, I added a second line and am not seeing the $5 off for the second line. I’ve tried the Koodo Assist chat but it doesn’t understand what I’m asking and I don’t see any number to call. Email just pops back saying that it doesn’t receive emails.Thanks!
I am a customer switched from CMLink to Koodo in Feb. Koodo and its mother company Telus promised all the fee of my cellphone is free to Apr.30. But on my bill Mar 11 - Apr 10, 2022, it charged me C$13.19. That mean they charge me from Apr.1 alreay. This is totally different from what Koodo and Telus advertised and promised. Please Koodo give my money back, othervise you are misleading the customer and have the false marketing.
I cancelled my Koodo account about a year ago as I have a company supplied phone. Each month I receive an invoice in my email for 2 different account numbers, each saying I have a $0 balance. Is there a way to stop these emails? I am worried that there will be issues if I come back to Koodo in the future, and I want to get rid of the annoyance of seeing them.
My current phone plan provides 12 GB of Shock-free data. On April 26 (my billing period was April 6-May5) I received the auto text to my phone that I was at the 50% mark. But no more notifications after that (usually there’s another one when you reach the 90% mark) after that. Today I get my bill and I see I’ve been charged $13 for additional data. I never added this myself and my understanding is that the whole point of shock-free data is that it stops data once you reach your limit, so how am I being charged for this?
I was charged $10 for roaming when I did not use my phone at the time it was charged. I was close to the border and a roaming alert text came. I did not use my phone at all. Saw my bill today with a $10 charge. The only thing that may have happened for a minute was my music came on in the vehicle when I turned it on and it is Bluetooth speakers
I had Easy Roam from a few years back and my rate was always $9/day and was still charged $9/day until March 2022 and then in my April bill the charge changed to $11/day but I was told by a Koodo rep that the rate wouldn’t change if I don’t make any changes to my account. That’s why I never took advantage of the $60/month promo. Is this something that Koodo can unilaterally change without any notice? I wouldn’t know if I didn’t check my bill for other charges.
Koodo's billing is working hard to make up charges to stick on my account. Some examples from the past 12 months:April 2021 - Charged $21.70 for calls within Canada. I'm on an unlimited Canadian calling plan. WTF?March 2022 - Somehow a "$3 1000min International LD Add-on” was added to my account. Charged for 3 months before I noticed it. Did not get any email notification there was any change to my account when this was added, makes it even more suspicious. May 2022 - One of our phones started "roaming" in the US when on a ferry from Vancouver to Victoria, $11 charged.That's $41.70 in the past 12 months of phantom charges, is anyone else experiencing this many incorrect charges being added to their account? I’m on a budget carrier to keep costs down and this is doing the opposite.
My koodo bill I will has been charged 15 dollars extra. Who do i need to contact to get help for this?
I have been having this sim for about 9 months and for the first time I think they have charged me 15 dollars extra. Please let me know on how I can contact somebody for this be it email or via phone call….
Just want to give people a heads up on their rights. I found out today the koodo will take action against accounts if your total bill is not paid off.(this includes your current billing cycle). Before koodo can disconnect the bill MUST overdue and can not take action against current bills. before they can disconnect you the Must contact you with the following information: the reason of disconnection and amount past due the disconnection date the ability for payment plan the reconnection fee amount contact information representative 14 day notice of disconnectwithout all 6 met they can not disconnect you. hi, I've paid my bill through the bank account (pay now option, not with the pre-authorised payment).However, it kept showing the amount I have to pay and I assume I need to give a couple of days till the payment is processed. Does the “Tell us you've paid this balance” option only show after the due date? cuz I currently can not see it. How long does it normally take til the koodo receives and confirms my payment? (my due date is in 3 days)Thank you
