For 3 WEEKS I’ve been scheduling call-backs and NEVER get a call. Not once has my phone rang. I tried calling Telus to get them to transfer me directly and they send me to the same GARBAGE system. I’m ready to change carriers completely. This is deplorable service.
I have been charged for airtime even though I am on an unlimited plan. The charges are for a number I have called regularly, all within Canada. I recently changed my plan and think that may be the reason the charges occured. Not sure what to do in this situation, any help appreciated!

I am currently in France and checked my bill to see I have been charged 4 x $13 for calls from 9999. I have not used my phone since being here, nor have I accepted incoming calls. I am also not entirely sure WHY I have been able to receive these calls and I had not accepted easy roam. Help!
It seems the Koodo chat is down, and I have been trying to pay my phone bill for a few days now and every time i go through payment an Error code comes up right after I click pay now. I’ve tried numerous times with two different cards. Is this happening to anyone else?
