I got charged for roaming on August 25th, 2024 while I was still in Canada near Port Albert, Ontario. Please cancel the 14$ incorrect roaming charge from my bill and send an updated bill.

Let me flag a rep to look into it. They won’t cancel the bill or generated a new one. What they did in your case is to provide credit for those accidental roaming charge.
In the future as your phone was prone to connection from US tower, please disable data roaming and automatic carrier selection when you travel near US border. Manually select Koodo as the cellular carrier will help.

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since it was happened due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

There isn’t a an updated bill that is sent after the adjustment.
The bill will still show the original amount, however, you should see the updated amount if you check the amount to pay in self serve (in the bill overview)
