How do I get an incorrect roaming charge removed? It was charged to my account in error as I was only in Windsor, Ontario and did not cross the border.

Let me flag a rep to look into it. If you were residing in Canada but being charged roaming fee, Koodo would refund the credit.
In the future, if you travel near US border, I recommend you turn off automatic cellular carrier selection and manually select Koodo as the sole carrier. That would avoid accidental roaming.
