Inaccurate Roaming Charges


I was travelling close the Canada/USA border (Creston), but did not cross the border and remained in Canada the whole time. I was charged for US roaming. Can you please reverse these charges? Thank you :)

We were unable to find the charge on the last posted bill.

If it’s on the pending billing cycle, please reply back here or start a new post once the bill is ready and we will look into it on our end.

The most recent bill has now been sent and the roaming charge from June 28  is on it. Thank you for looking into this :)

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charge since it was triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.
