My posts seem to be gone.

We were charged the 6.90 from our last bill again, it's now considered late. Plus a late fee.

Plus they did not even credit the full $3 Plus tax.

No worries though, I will pay it, but Koodo is losing 2 customers.

We will be switching asap, better price or not!

I will never accept an offer to come back either. Bye bye Koodo!!

Our bill was higher because of an increase to our plans.

It's that time of year when I call our internet/cable/home phone provider about deals, so I'll see about deals if we switch from koodo to them with our cell phones.

Would be great to only pay 1 provider for all of our services!

Hi @MeandYou

We have reviewed the details and a credit was applied on the August bill for the 3G price increase. There is also a partial refund for it on the September bill, please check page 4 and 6 for more details.

The bill is higher due to the price increase that was announced on the August bill, page 7. Please download the PDF bill in self serve for more details https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-bills?srsltid=AfmBOori5gt0u4YxWKEwcP4Tt2Nxft8_kqZ1YBuaWGg-NkSO2_9q25pu

We recommend checking in self serve the available offers for you.

For any other questions, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Because of koodos increase to our plans (not even a full 12 months with the plan) we switched today to eastlink.

They offered the same price as koodo for unlimited data on 1 phone and 20 gb rollover data on the 2nd phone. Also they gave us an extra discount on our home bundle, on top of extending our discount for the home bundle for another year.

No credit check required since we've been customers for over 30 years.

Another bonus, if there's a change in cost, they list it on the first page of our bill.

If eastlink has an offer for new customers, we will be eligible for it also. No jumping through hoops. 1 call and they will adjust our bill.

Koodo could learn a few things from eastlink, especially when it comes to how to treat loyal customers.
