I'm currently in Soutth Korea, not Canada, so I can't pay monthly fee now.

I can't access Koodo app because I can't roam with my plan that's why I'm not paying the monthly fee.

Please kindly check if I can pay in other ways.

Don’t you have wifi to connect to Kodoo’s site?

Have you tried making a payment with a credit card? You may need to register it with customer service if it’s an international credit card but sometimes it allows you to use it just fine.

You don’t need cellphone service to access your account, just a wifi connection like you’re using to talk here!

As well, don’t post your account number or any other personal info on here as it is a public forum.


You don’t need access to Koodo app to pay. Just to log-in on your self-serve and pay with a canadian credi card.


I don't know what the reason is, but I can't log in because I can't get a 6-digits number through e-mail. That's why I can't even pay. Of course, I can't make a phone call cause I'm in Korea. ㅜㅜ
