How do I terminate receiving statements for a cancelled account?

My account was cancelled 3 months ago (before it was activated) and I still receive statements for $0.00 . How do I stop this? 

Seems strange that originally I was sent statements for charges before the phone was activated. The phone was never activated, the account was subsequently closed, and now I get statements with $0.00 !

What a waste of time - the very reason I chose not to sign up with Koodo is the communication cycle of no return - deplorable situation for a COMMUNICATION company!
