I switched to Koodo in Nov 2022 black friday, I remember there was 24 months credit. But how can I check?
You could download your service agreement and previous bills in self-serve. From there. You could certainly calculate when you upgraded and got the 1st bill with credits.

That information is unfortunately not in the CSA or bill, you would have to recall the deal that you had. If you didn’t remember, you need a rep to assist
It would be nice if customers can see how long it last. You could mention it on the bill saying something like " Credit start on x day. It will stay for xx months or untill you change plan"?
