I am abroad and want to pause my services with Koodo and have been advised to message you on Facebook, which I did, and haven’t heard anything back in a day. Please advise or better yet give me an email instead of Facebook (why use Facebook?).

Facebook isn’t instant, it usually takes some time to get back to you. Have you heard from them yet?

How long will you be abroad? Putting your services on seasonal hold will still cost $15 per month
