Extra charge on bill not displaying

I have had a larger bill than normal and there has been an extra charge of $13 added to it. When I click to view this it just sends me to my data/text/call usage page.

I have my data set to freeze when I use it all so not sure what this charge is and how to get this charge taken care of?

Does anyone have a contact number I can speak to someone as the digital assistant is not helpful.

Log into self serve and download the PDF EBill to check what is the charges for.
