email and billing problem

I cannot access my billing information as the email associated with my phone is long out of date (even though my bill notification gets sent to my text). I’ve spent two hours trying to talk to somone online or by phone. The closest I’ve been able to get is talking to someone at a Koodo store who had no help at all.

Do you mean that you can no longer use the email address anymore you selected for self-serve? 

It should be a simple matter of resetting your account to re-register with a new email address. I can flag a Rep to assist if that's what you're looking for
