Hoping to get some assistance in reversing the Easy Roam charge on my account from Nov 11/2023. I was on the south part of Vancouver Island and never crossed the border.
Any links or information about how to prevent this from happening would be helpful. Thanks.

We have checked and we have been able to remove the charges since it was triggered due to accidental roaming.
