do i need to change payment method to get refund?

Hi Community,

 

I canceled my koodo account on Dec 4 2021, and there was a 5.65 credit that should be returned to my bank account. I used credit card as my pre-authorized payment method. But so far, I did not received the refund. Do I need to swtich the credit card to a chequing account to received the refund? Or is it okay to just keep the original payment method? Will Koodo send the refund through my credit card? It’s almost been 6 weeks so I’m a bit worried. Thank you.

Don't change anything. It just takes 30-60 days for koodo to process the refund. Please see the section "Transferring your number to another provider?" as the refund info is listed under there
