custom call back

I up graded 2 phones and had to wait for my bill to process before I could discuss having the activation fees removed. I have been a great customer for 4 years and have never asked for this in the past. I had a call back set up for May 9th at 530 as I knew I could answer the call. I was called durning work hours the following day and have not been able to get ahold of anyone who can help me. Thank you in advance!!!
