credit on my last bill

I have a 25.38 credit on my bill. I left koodo because it’s so hard to get anyone on the phone to answer questions and the chat bot is useless.

Would you send my the 25.38 to the address on my account.

Hi there,

So after 5-7 business of your first bill after cancellation, you will be refunded automatically if you had pre-authorized payment setup. If you didn’t have pre-authorized payment, they will issue you a cheque if the amount is over $5 that will come to your address after 30-60 days. Some more information can be found in the link 🙂👍
