credit card payment not going through

Hi there,

It is not letting me pay my bill because this error message keeps popping up after I input all my credit card info (it is the same card I’ve used since I started with Koodo). It says the credit card number must continue but I’ve already punched in 16 digits? Take a look at the screenshot:

I just paid my bill last night with a credit card so I think the system was just fine. Can you try to do it on a different browser or a different device to see if it works?

You can also call 611 and try to pay over the phone with your credit card using the automated system

And if it still won’t work, then for the time being there is always the option of paying via online banking as a payee

It is a buger in server side, should fix by web developers,  I met this problem many times,  Also I post same question.  I used to call 611,  but still not fix it, The customer service said “  I don’t know,  Just let post on Koodo community.

Did you try to pay via the automated telephone system by calling 611?  What error did it say if you tried and it didn’t work?

Credit card payment rejections go on and on and on. Last month (and not the first time) it took me many, many tries to pay by credit card. I don’t know definitively what the secret was but finally my payment was accepted (I am a retired systems consultant and know my way around). This month…..again….payment was rejected. But I was using MS Edge. So after 4 tries with Edge I thought I’d try Chrome and!!!! Mon dieu! it was accepted. But Edge is based on Chrome!!! I don’t know what Koodo’s systems people do for a living but this nonsense goes on and on and on and….. Koodo is more concerned about being CUTE than USER FRIENDLY. As for the Koodo Community….it’s just a bunch of people who Koodo cons into doing Koodo’s work for nothing.
