I paid $11 on my bill through the self serve credit card payment part of the website. It said there was an error and the payment didn’t go through. Now the $11 is showing on my credit card as paid to Koodo but it’s not showing as paid on my bill to Koodo on Koodo’s self serve website. I’m not sure what to do.

I saw several reports where it showed up the error message but the payment indeed went though. Could you go to the billing area and check account history to see if any payment was received? As well, you can dial 611 from your Koodo handset and check account history and payment.

Do you have a screenshot of the payment on your credit card statement? Once you provide it, we can flag a rep to look into it. Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.
