Credit balance need help

I had a Koodo line in the past (about 4 years ago) and I get this letter from Koodo which indicates that I have a credit balance “You have a credit balance-No payment is required this month” how may I proceed to withdraw that credit balance so that I can stop receiving the letters from Koodo

Does it state what the amount is? I’d suggest sending a private message to Koodo via FB Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out.
