Connection Fee


I was told when I switched carriers and upgraded to my Pixel 6 Pro that my connection fee would be waived. I work during store business hours, and couldnt contact anyone that could help me, so I paid it. Trying to find out the easiest route to get a refund

Did the store rep told you that they offered a connection fee credit for your particular activation?

They did have some promotion when the connection fee was waived. However, if you just went in and didn’t receive any confirmation that it could be waived, you would have to pay it unfortunately.

Well, if he said so, the credit might show up in the 2nd or 3rd bill. However, make sure if that was the case. You could also call the store and ask them to confirm. If it wasn’t the case, you wouldn’t be able to have the credit after activation.
