Charged late fee and billed for 2 months

I am wondering why I was charged a late fee of $2.85 and billed for last month and this month when I have automatic payment set up with money available and how to get this fixed.

When did you setup the automatic payment? Was it for the past month? It needs you to still pay manually for the first month and then it kicks in. I’d send a private message to Koodo via FB Messenger or DM via Twitter either linking this thread or copying it into the message to explain and request a refund of the late fee if that’s what happened. No guarantees but worth a shot. To otherwise fix it, we’ll need more details on when you did automatic setup and if anything changed.
