On my bill that is due October 8, I was charged 56.00 dollars for easyroam. I did not leave the country. I am in Sarnia On. Can you please remove this from my bill. Thank you.

I have flagged a rep for you. Please follow their instructions on how to prevent this charge in the future :)

Hi @Erik D

We have reviewed the details and we have been able to remove the roaming charges since they were triggered due to accidental data roaming, feel free to check the details in your self serve account when you get the chance.

We recommend switching data roaming off and also switch to manual network and select Koodo in the phone settings, this would prevent the connection to a US tower when near the border.

I was charged for roaming in the US but I wasn't in the US.  I school at university of windsor which is close to the Detroit boarder.  Can you take off the charges.

Thank you

Hi @Velma Tembei

In order to access the details on our end, we’d need you to log into your community account via self serve, as in the screenshot below and let us know once done.

Am done

@Velma Tembei

We still don’t have access on our end. Please log out from your community account, then follow the steps in the screenshot above.

Okay. Done

Thank you!

We were unable to find any charge on the last bill.

If this is on the pending bill, please let us know once the bill is posted.

I was unfortunately charged a roaming fee on my latest bill that is due end of October and I was not in the US.  Can you please remove the charge?

Thank you

Hi @X-rae,

We have looked into the charge you mentioned and as it is accidental roaming we have added a credit to your account, you can check it out in your self serve.

To avoid future charges please make sure the data roaming is turned off in your phone settings and you are manually connecting to the Koodo network.
