I was charged for roaming but never left Canada

I'll flag a rep to confirm and assist.

For future reference, if you set your phone to manual network selection mode, you can pick Koodo from the list that populates. Your phone should then only attempt to connect to Koodo. I would also disable data roaming to decrease the chances of incurring roaming fees if you do still connect.

I was not able to find any roaming charges so far, either on the past invoices or the ongoing billing cycle ( it does have until it is fully updated in the current bill cycle, if any charges are present).  If you received a roaming text, it might be just a welcoming message.

When the invoice is issued, if you see any charges that are out of the ordinary, you can reach us so that we can take a look into the situation.

Not really. It’s my Dad’s number and he’s was driving through Castlegar

If your dad’s number is on a different account, he would need to schedule a call back or contact us on Facebook or Twitter.
