Charged for airtime?

Hello 

I am reaching out for some help please. I was billed for airtime on August 3rd on one of my numbers in error. This is the second time this happened. Please help.

When you go to your self serve and download your pdf ebill, can you see the line item in your call history with the charge?

How long was the call, where was it to, and what was the charge?

 

You mentioned this was the second time there was an error. How did you resolve the issue the first time? What was the specific details of that first error?

Yes this is the second time this happened. The last time I was given a credit for the error.
