Charged activation when i was told it was waived

Hello, I was told the activation fee would be waived by the rep on the phone.  It is now on my bill. What should I expect on my next bill? Will I get a credit for it?

How did you register with Koodo? Did you call them or they call you?

Activation fee is automatically added when you activated a line with Koodo. However, they can give you a credit back you were promised. It could be on the 2nd or 3rd bill.
