cant get help for being overcharged

I used Easy Roam while in France. I used it 14 days but am being charged way more. I had a callback (14 hours late) but we were cut off. Koodo Assist won’t let me book another call. How can I get help?

I just checked chatbot and it useless now.

It Keep looping " schedule call back" " We are busy because the Bright Friday"... No options to set up call back time/date or anything.  

Are you back in Canada now? You can try to send a message through FB or Twitter since call back doesn't have any options to set it up.

But it because of BF, they may take time to get back to you.

Can you provide a screenshot of your bill? Which days did you use roaming? Make sure to remove any personal details, as this is a public forum.
