Cancelled within 14 days but with bill charge

I recently  purchased  koodo services last nov 3 and staff informed me that i have a 14 days period to cancel my services if wishes to, on nov 14 i cancelled my services and still on the grace period but upon checking now,my koodo registered account, has a bill payment on my account. Im just asking if  I need to pay that amount reflected on the account?

How did you cancel with Koodo? Did you move your number out or did you just test the service for 14 days and call them?

If you moved your number out, it wasn't considered as trial but an actual cancellation. You would have to pay for the days you had service with Koodo. You could calculate the days based on the bills and pay it proportionally. In the next bill (the final bill), they will show some adjustments.
