Made one call, one text message and very little data as the connection was SO SLOW it was

unuseable I had the phone active for 20 minuets tops! There no way a came close to ANY of your categories. 
 

Can you check that bill to confirm the amounts you used? It doesn’t take much to use 50MB of data.


Hi ​@grado2003, we checked and the charge is valid as the usage went over the threshold mentioned above. This is related specifically to data usage, with almost 750 MBs used. You can also check the usage in your Self Serve account as you will have access for up to 90 days after the cancellation date.
